Does anybody read Turkish?

On another blog, 10marifet.org, I came across pictures of one of Jessica's tea cozies and this apple dress I sewed. But I can't read Turkish! Can anybody translate? (smile)

  1. I can't read Turkish, but you can google for "turkish to english translator" and find a free translator.

It is fun to get links from different countries/languages! :-) I frequently get links to a pin cushion tutorial from French blogs. Just recently I got a Hebrew link!

  2. Hi Ruth, I think babblefish.com will do this type of translation. Thank you for your email. It is buried at the moment in my inbox, but I will answer and appreciate you taking time (about the Ottobre questions).

    Mrs. Smith,
Hi! It's Katherine Cole. I am trying to knit my first pair of socks with double pointed needles and just wanted to know if you have any tips. Do you know of a good way to keep track of where you are in a round? Thanks.

    Dear Ruth,

I've just seen your blog while i'm searching sewing blogs in google. I loved your sewing and knitting works. I'm Turkish and living in Istanbul, in 10marifet.org they said that they like the tea cozy, and it says 'there is a tea cozie sample made from fabric for porcelain teapot, it's a good idea, you don't need to take it off while you're pouring your tea.' about the dress 'it's a patchwork embellishment in the dress, and it's like a clock ticking??!!'

Despite you wrote on 2008 but i think it'll be surprising for you.

    Best Wishes

    Aysun
