Hmmmm.... I love "Höckeli" (Green Beans) with some ham or bacon and potatoes, or as Salad! And to put them in the freazer is something very good. Quick meals for wintertime!
Already?!! Wow, our bean plants are just starting to wrap themselves around the poles. It'll be over a month before we can eat any of those yummy beans.
We've got a similar mountain going on at our house! Gonna freeze them tonight - AFTER we go down to the garden and pick more. Keep pickin' and they keep makin' more...
