Sewing on My Birthday

Today I turned 50, and what's a better way to spend the day than sewing?

I'm making pioneer dresses for the two daughters of a friend. Pinafores are still to be made and then the finishing of buttons and hems.

It's been a good birthday so far.  And now, onward to the birthday dinner with my family.

  10. Happy belated b-day! Hope it was a special day for you. The pioneer hats are so sweet - they remind me of something I had when I was a baby. I'm wearing it in nearly every baby photo :).
